One of the most exciting projects at The Full Moon has been the launch of our Fish and Chip team in our custom built Nippie Chippie. Our Fish and Chip van aims to take one of The Full Moons favourite dishes around the vaillages of the Trent Valley and into Southwell and Farnsfield. Quality is as high as ever and we only ever use fresh fish from our much loved fishmonger, Steve Owen of Grimsby.
