Our steaks are supplied by a Derbyshire butcher who guarantees the quality of his beef by buying from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire farmers, and then maturing it on the bone for a minimum of 30 days.
Simply choose your steak and then decide on a sauce and side to go with it.
