Rebecca started her catering career working in Canada for event companies in Vancouver, whilst Williams career was kick started when he joined one of areas best loved caterers, Louise Clarke Catering.

For the past 10 years Will and Rebecca have been running pubs with a professional and hands on outside catering team on the side. Since moving to The Full Moon in 2007, weddings have become a major part of their lives with the transformation of an old snooker room into a ceremony room with a civil licence.
