Whats coming next?

Just a quick reminder that it is our last Vegetarian evening of 2009 on Thursday 10th and a perfect opportunity to come out and celebrate with your vegetarian friends. This month sees the return of our popular Mushroom egg benedict, alongside some more new dishes such as Falafel with home made chilli jam, and Baked stuffed onions.

Sunday roasts are fabulous at the moment and this week we will be roasting pork from pigs reared by a couple of our regulars who live just round the corner. Its looking good and we promise crackling a plenty. The Moon is the perfect sunday destination with roaring fires, comfy seating, great breakfasts served from 9.30 and a hearty sunday roast served from 12 until 7pm.

Will is busy stocking up ready for the party season with some great Hooky bitter from Hook Norton brewery on the way and Wadworths Henry IPA. Lagers are changing to Stella 4% ( I hope thats not just for the landlord!) and Heineken 5%.The Christmas shot tray is out with home made Sloe gin and Chilli vodka, alongside flavoured sambucas and other popular shots.
