February has been a busy month so far with a romantic and slushy Valentines weekend ( no diamonds though - must try harder for next year!) , a riotous pancake party and plenty of fish and chips being dispatched around the district!

We have unfortunatly had to cancel one of the evenings in our chip van due to staff shortages and so will not be heading off to Elston for the next few wednesdays. We apologise for any inconvenience and will keep you updated on any other route changes. On Thursday evening this week we are at the end of Westhorpe in Southwell, and on Friday evening, we are in Farnsfield on the Main Street near Allsorts and the church. For those of you who enjoy the comfort of our home instead of your own ( and there are quite a few of those folk in Morton!) we have a great Pie and pint night planned for the last friday of the month. Pies will  be revealed soon, but do book early and make a night of it.

We still have some loyalty cards waiting for collection behind the bar. If you have pre registered your card, please do call in to pick it up and start collecting those points. For those of you who have not heard the latest, we now have Full Moon loyalty cards giving you 4 points for every £1 spent in The Full Moon. Each point is woth a penny and can be redeemed at any time.

The week end saw a bit of drama in the duck shed when Spike the neighbours spaniel popped into the duck shed for a nosy around and our 7 ducks found 7 different corners around Morton to hide in! Thanks to everyone who helped look for them and please do keep your eyes peeled for Colin, our tall handsome black runner who is still lost in action!
