........The Full Moon is an independent family run free house! There are lots of growing pub groups out there trying to make their pubs look independent - we are proud to be one of only a few left and have no plans to grow our own pub chain

.........Will and Rebecca still live upstairs with their children, Evie and Joe (hence the occasional effect of a herd of elephants running above you when sit in the restaurant)

..........The Full Moon runs a toddler group every Monday from 11am with great kids food and a discount on our soup and sandwich offer for mums.

............We source all our ingredients from independent and where possible, local producers and suppliers - and we always have!

............The Full Moon is still the only pub in Nottinghamshire to hold a civil licence for wedding ceremonies and has hosted 21 weddings since January 09.

..........when you are given a comment slip we are genuinely interested in what you think about The Full Moon. We do our best to reply to any criticisms and to make ammends, and will post good comments on our site! So far we have learnt that you like lots of gravy on your pies, sometimes you find it a bit hot in the pub, you don't like the smoking in the front porch, some of you like thick slices of liver and some of you like thin, and that overall, you find our service staff and food great!
