Its going to be a busy summer at The Moon!

We are holding our first steak night this Saturday, giving you a great alternative to the traditional Sunday lunch treat for Fathers day. We have been relying on Darren Price at Price and Fretwell to supply us great steaks for the past 3 years at the Moon and he is one of the few butchers who can achieve this thanks to his hanging room, enabling him to hang all his beef on the bone for a minimum of 30 days. As well as steaks on offer, we also have our house wine at a special price of £8.50 (usual price £13.50) if you pre order a bottle on booking. Click here to have a look at our menu for the evening.

More breaking news is that we have replaced our Pie and Pint night on the last friday of the month with a Pub grub Preview evening which will be followed by a happy hour on a featured dish throughout the next month. Our first Pub grub preview evening will have a Fish and Chip theme and will be followed by happy hour on our Beer battered Haddock and Chips between 5.30pm and 7pm throughout July (excludes Sundays) Click here to see this months preview evening menu.

There is lots more in the pipeline, including an evening of French Boules and Beer battered frogs legs, another showing of Mamma Mia in the Autumn, and who can forget our Vegas Wedding extravaganza in October! Watch this space!
