The Full Moon is well and truly geared up for a fantastic summer with some great activites planned for the whole family. Our first big event is our boules evening on Thursday July 29th and it is not too late to enter your team of 2. There is no age limit and the contest starts at 6pm. If you are strugglng to get to us for 6pm then let us know so we can give you a later match. Although we can take team entries on the day, we would prefer it if you let us know in advance. There will also be some french style food on offer from the Nippie Chippie (frites anyone?) and the pub will be open as normal.

This year we are running an activity tent on Mondays and Fridays starting on the 26th July and finishing on the 3rd September. We have a range of activites planned including crafts, cooking and sports. The activites are free to customers in the pub and whilst they are supervised by a member of staff, some parental supervision is required. For our full list, please check out our website or follow our facebook page. The only activity which requires pre booking is a plate painting session on  Monday 16th August which will cost £10 per child and includes drinks and biscuits throughout the session and a glazed plate which can be collected the following week. We are also giving every child who eats with us the chance to win £100 vouchers by taking part in our summer quiz. There are 2 age groups and you will be given a quiz sheet with every childrens meal ordered. You can enter more than once ( and for the sneaky ones there are more than 1 quiz sheet!) and each sheet scoring 10 out of 10 will be entered into a draw for £100 Argos vouchers!

Next week is the last week of our Fish and Chip happy hour which gives you our infamous haddock and chips for just £8 from 5.30pm - 7pm.. From August 2nd, our happy hour will run on our Burgers and you will be able to order a Full Moon Burger for £8 or a childs Eclipse burger for £3.50
